Refund policy
Please read this before you rent or buy.

Rentals
Refunds are given only if the gear is returned within 30 minutes of the rental start. After 30 minutes, there are no refunds, including no partial refunds for unused time. The one exception is weather and beach closures, below.
Weather and beach closures
If the beach or water is closed by lifeguards or the city, or severe weather (such as lightning, high surf warnings or storms) prevents you from using your gear, we’ll issue a refund for the rental. Text (619) 354-0299 or email [email protected].
Food and drinks
Food and drinks are not refundable.
Retail items
Retail items are not refundable.
Damaged or lost gear
Damaged or lost gear is charged at the replacement prices in our rental policies.
